Jaimin - Cutting Loose (Remastered Audio CD)

Kolkata-based singer-songwriter, Jaimin's debut album, "Cutting Loose" (2022) explores the themes of conflicts and departure, featuring a stellar lineup of Indian and American artistes, including Rahul Ram (Indian Ocean), Ralph Pais (The Savages) and American Bluegrass musician Billy Cardine, among others. The album features 14 beautifully crafted, melodic tracks in folk-rock vein including the potential future classics, Bucket of Pain, Autumn Leaves, One More Night, Something Here to Say and the 8½ minute epic, magnum opus, She. 

The album has received widespread critical acclaim and was described as "India's finest-ever album of original English songs" in The Quint and titled 'Best Rock Album of the Year' at the Clef Music Awards 2022. Notably, it has received high appreciation from two Woodstock 1969 legends - Pete Townshend, the principal songwriter and the guitarist of the classic rock band, The Who and John Sebastian, the founder member & frontman of The Lovin' Spoonful and also from, Scarlet Rivera (ex-Violinist, Bob Dylan) & Rob Stone.
